Holiday Delivery and Opening Hours

Games4you team will ensure that all orders placed by 3 PM are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM will be shipped the next day unless the ordered items are unavailable at our Grčića Milenka location. If the items are available at Grčića Milenka 1, they will be shipped even if ordered by 5 PM. Before shipping, every order will be verified by phone to ensure that you are available to receive your package and to provide the best and most reliable service possible. After placing your order, you can expect a call from our team to arrange the shipping details.

The courier service BEX (which delivers our packages) will operate as follows during the holidays: December 31, 2024, is the last working day, and only packages shipped on December 29, 2024, or earlier will be delivered on that day. Packages sent on December 30, 2024, will be delivered on January 8, 2025, which is also the first working day of BEX in the new year. Orders processed on Friday will be shipped on the same day and can be expected for delivery to your address on Monday or Tuesday. December 27, 2024: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM for the Grčića Milenka 1 and Bulevar Despota Stefana locations, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM for the Tošin Bunar location, and 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM for Ušće Shopping Center and Delta City Shopping Center.

December 28, 2024: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM for the Grčića Milenka 1 and Bulevar Despota Stefana locations, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM for the Tošin Bunar location, and 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM for Ušće Shopping Center and Delta City Shopping Center.
