The board game Agricola Family puts you in the life of a farmer, which is not easy, especially in the 17th century. Agricola allows you to experience the life of farmers trying to secure enough food for the family, expand grain production, and raise animals.
So, your goal is to build a farm for yourself and your family. In the beginning, you only have a wooden house with just two rooms, which provides shelter only for you and your spouse. During the game, you can add more rooms to your house to increase your family. On your turn, you can take only two actions, one for you and one for your spouse, from all the possibilities you will find on the farm: gathering resources; building pastures; and so on. Perhaps you should consider having children to get more work done, but you must expand your house first. After all, what will you feed all the children? But then again, the more people you have, the more actions you can take, even if you have to worry about how you will feed all your people during the harvest. To do this, you will have to plow fields and raise animals. Certain improvements can help you with that. After 14 rounds, the game ends. The player whose farm is worth the most points wins!
