The Sorcerer has sent you, a scoundrel like Aladdin, into the cave to look for a magical lamp that will allow you to summon the Genie. However, the cave also holds treasure sorted into three chests. If you aren't too greedy, this might be your chance to become rich!
In the board game Aladdin & The Magic Lamp, the goal is to score as many points as possible by collecting treasure—whoever has the most points at the end of the game wins. Each turn has three phases during which all players play simultaneously.
First, by secretly setting your die to the desired number, choose how many chest cards you want to draw and from which chest.
If two or more players choose the same number of cards, you will have to compete to be the first to summon the Genie, meaning the first one to touch the Magic Lamp card deck! If you summon the Genie first, you are entitled to 3 wishes—that is, you draw 3 cards from the Magic Lamp deck, and reading the text on them aloud, you choose whether or not you want to use their effects.
Also, be careful not to get carried away by the shine of the treasure, because if multiple players choose the same chest, only the one who chose the smallest number of cards they want to draw will get the treasure. If it still sounds easy to you, know that you will also have to deal with scorpions that you must watch out for all the time.
The game ends when a player draws one of the total of three Sorcerer cards—at that point, the cave closes, and players total their points based on how much treasure, jewelry, and collections they have gathered.
