New Habitats, New Species: Forest Shuffle Dartmoor!

Welcome to Dartmoor, a brand new stand-alone game within the Forest Shuffle family! This game introduces you to a completely new habitat and features new species with fresh abilities and bonuses to explore.
As in the original Forest Shuffle, players in Forest Shuffle: Dartmoor compete to build the most valuable environment by placing trees and shrubs, and then attracting species to these locations to create a perfectly balanced habitat for flora and fauna.
Dartmoor changes the game by introducing a crucial new element. Terrain cards are played horizontally and serve as a home or feeding ground for species, but unlike trees, they come with unique placement rules. Due to the nature of the terrain, species can only be placed above and below a terrain card. For instance, deer and other species stay clear from bogs or peat areas in the moorland. You must watch carefully where you place your species!
Each of the 180 cards in the deck has a unique backside and can be placed face down, creating a bog, if the action allows it. The game mechanism stays familiar: On a turn, you either draw two cards from the deck/clearing or play a card from your hand by discarding other cards to pay the cost.

The player with the highest ecological score at the end wins. Dive into Dartmoor and create the most spectacular moorland habitat!
