Nature is home to various species of insects, birds, and animals that inhabit it, as well as dangerous predators and scavengers that are nonetheless necessary to maintain the food chain and ensure the normal functioning of the ecosystem. Your task is to embark on an adventure and study all the secrets hidden in the colorful and sometimes seemingly lifeless landscapes.
The board game Meadow puts players in the roles of observers who set out to explore various terrains with the aim of gathering information about the species of plants and animals that inhabit them. Each player chooses where they will start, and the nature that has harmonized life in those areas has determined all the secrets you will find as your adventure progresses. All explorers start from one place with the goal of collecting as much information as possible about the living creatures and plants inhabiting that area. Every species you have collected information about is represented by a card; you need to spot it at the right time and add it to your collection. Be cautious, as each species can only inhabit a certain terrain, for nature surely did not intend for butterflies to be in the desert! As your research progresses, you will pass through various terrains: meadows, swamps, forests... In all these areas, you should observe as many plants and animals as possible to succeed in your intention to be the best researcher and defeat the others! Embark on an adventure, find out as much as you can, who knows—maybe you'll even come across wonderful decorations along the way that will remind you of your escapades!
