The board game Mysterium achieved great success, and with great success come expansions... The Mysterium Secrets & Lies expansion consists of six new characters, six new locations, six new objects, 42 Vision cards, and 18 Story cards. This last group of cards can replace the object cards in the game, with each card representing one of the ways the ghost died. Now, instead of trying to get each investigator to identify an object—a specific item that wouldn't have much nuance—the ghost must instead use the dream cards to convey the story of their death, something far more challenging. In the game, it was always easiest to find the object with which the murder was committed, but now even that will not be easy. If you liked the board game Mysterium, Mysterium: Secrets & Lies is the logical continuation.
