Cards Against Humanity is a party game for horrible people! Unlike most party games you've played before, this game is as despicable and awkward as you and your friends.
Cards Against Humanity is a party game in which players complete statements using words and phrases that ordinary people—but not you—would find highly offensive and politically incorrect.
The rules are simple: you draw ten white cards each, and the game can begin. According to the rules included in the game, the player who most recently took a "number two" (a form of primitive random selection) goes first and becomes the “Card Czar”. The Czar plays a black card and places it in the middle of the table for everyone to see; it contains a question or a fill-in-the-blank sentence.
The other players complete that sentence by choosing one of their ten white cards. At that point, the Czar reads all the answers aloud, and whichever response they like best earns an “Awesome Point.” After each round, every player draws additional cards so they always have ten in hand, and a new player becomes the Czar.
The rules in this game are quite flexible and can be changed or adapted using the "house rules" included in the box (choosing winners democratically, the ability to trade points for cards, awarding points based on ranking...). The main rule is that there is no precise way to determine a winner; there is only a clear goal, and that is Fun.
