Cartoon Network Fluxx je kartična igra u kojoj karte određuju trenutna pravila igre. Igranjem karata, vi menjate razne aspekte igre: kako vući karte, kako igrati karte pa čak i kako pobediti. Na početku igre, svaki igrač počinje sa tri karte i kada dodje red na njega, svoj potez započinje tako što povuče još jednu kartu i nakon toga odigra jednu kartu. Kako partija odmiče, možete da postavite neko novo pravilo koja mogu totalno izmeniti igru!
