The Resistance is a fun social deduction game. Players are either members of the Resistance or Imperial Spies. Before the start of the game, players are assigned roles. The Spies know each other, but the other players do not know who is who! Over 3 to 5 rounds, players must rely on each other to successfully complete a mission. However, the Spies will try to sabotage the mission while simultaneously deceiving the other players and convincing them they are not Spies. At the beginning of each round, one player is the Leader, and they choose a certain number of people for the team that will go on the mission. When selecting the team, players must provide good arguments for why they should go on the mission and why they suspect other players. The Spies' goal is to sabotage the missions to win. If the team is not voted for the mission, the next player becomes the Leader and chooses a new team. If the Resistance successfully completes 3 missions, they win, but if the Spies sabotage 3 missions, then they win.
