The board game So Clover! (in Serbian) is an interactive cooperative game of guessing and associations. Each player receives their own four-leaf clover-shaped board, which serves as a space for placing cards with different concepts. So, on each clover, there will be space for 4 cards. The player who first gives associations randomly selects and places cards on their clover. The whole challenge of the game lies in how the concepts on the outer parts of the clover leaves match up—which is the result of the random card placement.
Based on the two concepts on adjacent leaves, the player giving the association secretly writes a word on the clover with a marker (above both concepts) that could associate those two concepts for the other players. This means they will have to write a total of 4 associations for each pair of concepts. When they are finished, the player removes the cards from the clover and places it in the middle of the table, so that only the written words are visible. In addition, next to the clover, they place the cards they used plus one extra card. The task for the other players is to match the corners and the cards to correspond with the associations given on the clover and figure out "what the author meant to say," with the freedom to constantly discuss and argue. The only one who is obligated to be silent is the player who gave the associations.
When each player has given associations once, the game ends. The goal is to score as many points as a team and constantly break your own records.
The rules of the game are simple, but the game itself engages players and stimulates their minds to combine concepts and form associations, which makes it a true mental challenge. Given that you have 880 different concepts at your disposal, no single game will ever be like the last!
