Are you ready for the next level of the Yogi board game?

The board game Yogi had us twisting into pretzels and laughing as our teammates bent and contorted all around us. And just when we thought it couldn't get any more interesting, the expansion and standalone game Yogi Guru arrived. The changes this game brings are significant.
In addition to the new basic cards (orange and green), which now introduce new and even funnier poses like "box on head," "card must constantly move," or "card on back," there are now new cards in new colors (purple and blue). The blue cards are not a frequent sight, but for good reason, as their effects are designed not only to put you in an awkward pose but also to force you to think about them throughout the game. For example, each blue card requires you to remember to do something before your turn, such as "before your turn, stomp your foot on the floor." Of course, if you forget, the game ends for you. Meanwhile, the purple cards do something similar to the orange ones, with the exception that you aren't told what the card needs to touch or what a part of your body needs to do, as that effect will be determined by the player to your right. Let's just say you'll want to be on good terms with your neighbor on the right if you want your game to last...
