In a wondrous land, 10 different factions live across seven landscapes, and each group is bound to its own environment; thus, to develop and grow, they must terraform neighboring areas into their home environment while competing with other groups.
The board game Terra Nova is a simplified version of the board game Terra Mystica, casting players in the roles of leaders of one of 10 distinct factions. Your goal is to settle as much territory as possible to gain wealth and power, while also securing a place for your people to live. Although other factions represent competition, no actual combat will occur, as your only interest is your people and their progress. Each faction possesses unique abilities that you must use wisely so that, in the end, you are the one who occupies the most territory and wins the game!
