Explore two new boards and new strategies for the board game Terraforming Mars! Terraforming Mars: Hellas & Elysium is the first expansion for the renowned board game of the same name and consists of a double-sided game board representing two new regions of Mars:

1. Elysium takes players almost to the opposite side of Mars' equator, featuring vast lowlands for oceans in the north and a dry, mineral-rich south. Place a tile on Olympus Mons, the highest peak in the solar system, to gain three free cards!
2. Hellas, the southern wild, includes Mars' south pole and the enormous Hellas crater, which seems destined to become a giant lake. Building around the pole grants you new placement bonuses in the form of heat and potentially water.

Each of these maps consists of new sets of Milestones and Awards relevant to that specific map. For example, place three tiles around the south pole to become a Polar Explorer, or race to own the most estates next to the water on Elysium!

Terraforming Mars: Hellas & Elysium is an expansion and is not a standalone game. The Terraforming Mars base game is required to play this expansion!
