High among the swirling clouds, far from the scorching surface and the ground, humans have begun to colonize and terraform... Venus is one of the deadliest worlds in our solar system... but, of course, it has the potential to become much more.
Terraforming Mars: Venus Next is the second expansion for the acclaimed base board game Terraforming Mars. Players build flying cities and make the atmosphere more hospitable on the deadly planet Venus! In this expansion, the World Government decides to fund the terraforming of Venus as well. About 50 project cards and 5 corporations are added, with a specific focus on how to make Venus habitable. With the new floater resource, a new milestone, a new award, a new tag, and a new terraforming parameter, players are given more paths to victory as well as even more diverse and engaging gameplay.
Note: Terraforming Mars: Venus Next is not a standalone game and requires the Terraforming Mars base game to play!
