The board game Through the Ages: A New Story of Civilization is getting a new expansion: Through the Ages: New Leaders and Wonders. It comes packed with plenty of great content, adding new leaders, wonders, and military cards to change the course of history and build even greater civilizations!
You begin as a small tribe with the ambition to build a great civilization. Expand your farms and mines to gather enough resources to build cities. In doing so, you lay the foundation for technological advancements, more efficient government, and the creation of great world wonders. Choose wise leaders whose legacy will lead your people to glory. Prepare your military to defend your borders or strengthen it to expand your territories. Shape history using your political skills.
A strong economy, advanced technology, happy citizens, an enlightened government, a powerful military—your civilization must be strong in all fields. You can excel in some, but you must not fall behind in others. Adapt your strategy according to the opportunities the game offers.
Rivals will exploit your weaknesses through warfare and politics, so stay alert at all times. However, do not neglect the finer things in life, because the civilization with the most influential culture wins!
