What would have happened if the keepers of the Elven rings had used their rings of power to challenge the mighty Dark Lord? What if the Balrog had emerged from Moria to bring fire and fury to the lands of the Free Peoples? What if the Council of Elrond had decided differently regarding the Fellowship of the Ring?
With the War of the Ring Lords of Middle-earth expansion for the War of the Ring (Second Edition) board game, players can explore these possibilities along with many others to create new gameplay options and strategies. Important figures that were previously in the game only through event cards are now represented by unique figures and rules. New characters include Elrond, Galadriel, Gollum, Gothmog, and the mighty Balrog of Moria, as well as alternative versions of Gandalf, the Witch-king, and the Mouth of Sauron.
This is your chance to forge the destiny of an age...
Note: War of the Ring Lords of Middle-earth is not a standalone game and requires the War of the Ring Second Edition board game to play!
