After an exhausting battle, Luffy wakes up and decides to ask Sanji once again if he would like to join them on their adventure. However, after receiving the same answer, he comes to terms with the fact that Sanji has no intention of leaving the floating restaurant. Meanwhile, Chef Zeff, along with the other cooks, devises a plan to trick Sanji by staging an emotional drama. They act out a scene where they make it seem as though the restaurant no longer wants him, ultimately moving Sanji to the point where he finally decides to leave and join Luffy’s crew. With that, Luffy’s crew gains its fourth member.
At the same time, Zoro and Usopp are already in pursuit of Nami, and during their chase, they arrive at a mysterious island. They soon discover that the island is under the complete control of fish-men, led by the powerful Arlong, whose base is known as Arlong Park. There, Usopp and Zoro uncover shocking truths about Nami’s real nature and her true intentions. Meanwhile, completely unaware of the dangers ahead, Luffy and Sanji sail straight toward the heart of enemy territory—Arlong Park.
