Fans of the original Duel Monsters era will be thrilled with the support for Yugi's fusion monster Chimera the Flying Mythical Beast, but with a twist! Players who read the original Yu-Gi-Oh! manga will remember a monster type that was never released in the TCG. Now, for the first time, you can find the new Illusion type! These monsters feature an effect where they cannot be destroyed in battle, nor can they destroy opposing monsters in battle. In return, you get powerful effects such as taking control of an opponent's monster or destroying their cards. Leading the charge for this new type is Nightmare Magician!
