Get Rid of Your Cards Fastest: Clear 4!

Clear 4 is a rapid-fire challenge! Your objective: ditch your twenty cards more quickly than anyone else.
To start, each player gets 20 random cards (containing numbers 1 through 10, as well as the special JOKER, PUSH, and CLEAR cards). You create four piles of three cards each, while the remaining eight cards (along with your face-up cards) form your hand.
On your turn, you can:

1. Play one or more number cards of the same value from your hand onto the discard pile — but only if the number is not greater than the top card on the discard pile.
2. Clear the pile: played cards in the discard pile are fanned out, and as soon as four cards of the same value are visible, the entire discard pile is removed from play, and the active player gets another turn!
3. Pass: to do so, you add the entire discard pile to your hand.

The horizontal cards on the table are only revealed when you try to play them on a turn. Flip it onto the discard pile. If it's a PUSH or CLEAR, carry it out as normal; if it's a number that can be played, great! If not — you guessed it — you add the entire discard pile to your hand.
